Overview

TRC creates and implements sophisticated and innovative solutions to the challenges facing America's energy markets and infrastructure. A national energy and environmental services organization, TRC provides its services to America's major industries, utilities, banks, insurance companies, and federal, state, and local government agencies.

TRC is seeking to hire a part-time to full-time temporary Special Projects Consultant for an estimated six-month period to execute configuration of Captures Accounts and Sites to an organized account management CRM system. Hours may be as little as 8-hours a week, up to 40-hours a week, depending on the program needs.

We seek an individual with minimum five years' experience working with Energy Trust's CRM and Project Tracker system; knowledgeable of the Outreach Team's basic use of Captures for parent and child accounts, sites and projects within Captures, and the ability to gather and organize Captures into a higher functioning CRM for the Outreach Team. The Special Projects Consultant will collaborate with the data team, operations, and the outreach team to map entity accounts and sites within Captures assuring alignment with the client's CRM configuration of parent and child sites, project tracking and their identification numbering system.

The Special Projects Consultant will actively engage with front line and leadership staff to understand program complexities and formulate an organized methodology to create the Captures CRM account mapping. The Special Projects Consultant will create training and reference materials and provide staff training if asked.


Responsibilities

Essential functions include:

* Collaborating with the individual energy advisors to understand their account base and sites

* Building a framework of mapping accounts and sites that are tailored to the unique attributes of each individual commercial building sector

* Research the client's CRM and PT system to align Captures account mapping with their system

* Execute the account mapping in Captures

* Explore how Captures views of old site imports/projects tied to an account can be managed to create an efficient and current account dashboard

* Make recommendations to Outreach leadership on process and system configuration improvements


Qualifications

Requirements:

* 5+ years' experience working on the Energy Trust of Oregon contract

* 5+ years' work experience with Energy Trust CRM and Project Tracker

* Working knowledge of commercial and multifamily incentive programs in Oregon

* Knowledge and familiarity of Captures accounts, sites, and system interfaces

* A self-starter who can work independently and multi-task with an elevated level of organization, communications, and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and the ability to learn and operate TRC/client designed customer relationships management (CRM) systems.

* Excellent project management skills and ability to streamline processes and methodologies

Desired Skills:

* Previous experience within the energy efficiency industry or technologies

* Experience with utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
