Genesis10 is currently seeking a Videographer Producer for a hybrid (3 days onsite) 6 month contract position located in New York, NY. This role has the opportunity to extend or convert to full-time.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for internal and external audiences, including product videos, interviews, discussions, and promotional materials
- Manage all aspects of production from concept development and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment with technical proficiency
- Edit video and audio using industry-standard software, incorporating graphics, animations, and branding elements
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, while also adding to the guidelines and helping set the vision for video and motion
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop creative concepts that support campaigns and initiatives
- Provide on-site photography for scheduled events, ensuring consistent coverage and quality
- Organize and archive video and audio assets for future use
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and producing content for corporate or brand purposes
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition (or similar video/audio editing tools)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented style
- A portfolio showcasing video and audio work for large, high-quality, or well-known brands is preferred
- Experience editing for social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Excellent communication and file management practices
Desired skills:
- Familiarity with emerging generative AI tools for video and image creation is a strong plus
