Pay is depending on experience. Minimum for Call Center Representative is $19.06/hr, Specialist is $21.27/hr, Senior Specialist is $23.43/hr

We're hiring for our Call Center team:

  • Call Center Representative (entry level)
  • Call Center Specialist (experienced)
  • Call Center Senior Specialist (expert level)

No matter where you land, you'll play a key role in helping customers navigate their financial world with confidence.

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but here's what you can expect:

  • Be the friendly voice customers trust handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online requests
  • Solve problems on the spot with a "one-call resolution" mindset
  • Guide customers through banking products, digital tools, and services
  • Identify opportunities to help customers meet their financial goals
  • Troubleshoot everything from simple requests to complex banking issues (depending on your level)
  • Deliver top-tier service with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Specialist

  • Handle more complex requests, account maintenance, and escalations

  • Tackle advanced issues, mentor others, and help shape the customer experience
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant experience (level depends on position)
  • Military experience welcomed and valued
Work Environment
