As a senior member of the team, you will be a trusted expert, guiding critical initiatives and influencing product direction. Your work will directly translate into enhanced user satisfaction and business success, collaborating with cross-functional partners to solve complex challenges and advocate for inclusive design practices.

**What You'll Do:**

* Propose and champion product and service improvements, leveraging research-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

* Drive user-centric thinking, collaboratively resolving strategic, product, and technological constraints with partners.

* Advocate for and implement inclusive research and design practices, fostering the creation of universally accessible products.

* Guide product strategy by analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing user, product, service, and business needs.

* Create and communicate compelling research findings, insights, and recommendations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both user and business contexts.

* Partner with cross-functional teams to amplify the impact and visibility of your research.

* Identify, create, and effectively utilize key insights and metrics to evaluate product, service, and ecosystem impact.

* Apply a broad and deep understanding of business goals, the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry landscape to inform research-driven decisions.

* Contribute to developing project priorities aligned with larger organizational goals and coordinate resource allocation within projects.

* Proactively expand responsibilities and anticipate/remove roadblocks to ensure project progress.

* Conduct research to uncover user needs and business opportunities, guiding product and business goals with empathy and a shared vision.

* Evolve and adapt research strategies for large or complex projects, anticipating evolving user needs and research opportunities.

* Drive and execute comprehensive analysis for complex research programs, including defining qualitative/quantitative frameworks and developing strategic surveys.

* Build consensus and influence teams to gain support for research-based, user-centric solutions.

* Communicate research insights and recommendations to partners and stakeholders, adeptly addressing and anticipating challenges.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in interactive technology

* Expertise in ethical UX research practices

* Strong command of UX research methodology

* Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle

* Comprehensive knowledge of human/user behavior

* Proven ability in UX storytelling

* Mastery of research processes

* Proficiency in UX systems thinking
