We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in connecting with customers and ensuring they maximize the value of their financial tools. In this impactful position, you will be instrumental in crafting strategies that not only attract new users but also foster deep engagement and lasting loyalty, directly influencing the success and reach of innovative financial services.

**What You'll Do:**

* Develop and optimize comprehensive acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for consumer financial products.

* Build and nurture cross-functional relationships with business, product, engineering, analytics, and design teams across various time zones to drive performance improvements.

* Implement a continuous improvement process, analyzing results and integrating data-driven insights back into strategic plans.

* Define compelling customer journeys, value propositions, and educational messaging to enhance user understanding and adoption.

* Submit and maintain operational briefs to ensure the flawless execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

* Optimize programs through rigorous A/B testing and develop strategic recommendations based on robust data analysis.

* Flawlessly execute channel strategies for email, in-app messaging, and push notifications, ensuring privacy-friendly customer connections.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, specifically within a consumer payments business, with a proven track record of achieving user acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.

* Demonstrated experience in testing and optimizing various marketing channels, including push notifications, email, and in-app messaging tactics.

* Strong project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.

* Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven optimization in marketing.

* Proven ability to meet deadlines and build consensus while managing multiple projects and priorities.

* A track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that effectively drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

* Demonstrated ability to solve analytical problems using data.

* Bachelor's degree required.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Thorough understanding of integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams to clarify program goals, strategy, and execution.

* Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and individual contributors.

* Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong working partnerships.

* Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.

* Outstanding cross-functional teamwork skills with an ability to collaborate closely with other teams to solve problems and implement programs that achieve core business objectives.
