As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Austin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry, helping to support visitor control, staff interactions, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, policy violations, and/or security-related incidents promptly, while following Allied Universal procedures and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
