About the role The Quality Assurance and Training Specialist will be a subject matter expert within the assigned department and Symetra Best Practices and Process. The position will identify learning opportunities, provide timely quality feedback and resolve issues while setting expectations regarding process, service in/or performance guarantees. Compensation Hourly Range: $27.10 - $45.16 plus eligibility for annual bonus program. Who You Are
