We're seeking a dynamic Senior Construction Manager - Stormwater & Erosion Control to join our team in Brentwood, CA. In this leadership role, you'll partner closely with construction sales, project management, and operations teams to drive successful project delivery, operational efficiency, and profitable growth across Northern California.

This is a high-impact position that bridges the field and leadership teams and plays a key role in scaling operations, strengthening team performance, and expanding our market presence.

What you'll do:



  • Lead and support team members in addressing employee needs, performance concerns, payroll issues, and escalated personnel matters.
  • Assign and oversee projects and tasks to support successful project delivery and operational goals.
  • Support estimating, bidding, pricing, contract review, and project execution across multiple projects.
  • Help drive growth of SWIMS market share by securing profitable projects across all business lines.
  • Lead hiring efforts, onboarding, coaching, and employee development.
  • Foster communication and collaboration across leadership, project management, operations, accounting, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor project pipeline, scheduling, staffing, resource planning, and operational performance.
  • Support resolution of project, client, pricing, and operational challenges.
  • Support financial accountability through oversight of project-related expenses and operational efficiencies.
  • Partner with Division leadership to support strategic planning, workforce needs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive construction experience, including management of complex projects.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including team development and performance management.
  • Erosion control or related industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading estimating teams strongly preferred.

Annual Expected Pay Range
$80,000 $120,000 USD
