Implementation Manager - Remote We're seeking an experienced *Implementation Manager* to lead endtoend onboarding for new group benefits clients across national, midmarket, and regional accounts. This role partners closely with clients, brokers, and internal teams to deliver customized, seamless implementations that set policyholders up for longterm success.
If you thrive in clientfacing, projectdriven environments and enjoy solving complex implementation challenges, this is a highimpact role with strong visibility and ownership. *What You'll Do* * Lead and execute *customized implementation plans* for new group benefits clients * Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring consistency and efficiency * Gain a deep understanding of each client's culture, goals, and priorities to design tailored solutions * Coordinate crossfunctional internal teams to resolve implementation and transition issues * Respond to client and broker requests, provide documentation, and drive internal process updates * Facilitate employee communication strategies that support successful enrollments * Manage multiple, fastpaced implementation projects with competing deadlines * Prepare for and present in finalist meetings and implementation presentations * Partner with implementation leadership to identify operational efficiencies and improve workflows * Analyze processes and recommend enhancements to improve outcomes and scalability *What We're Looking For* *Required* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * 5+ years of experience in *group insurance* with increasing responsibility * Strong experience in: * Benefits implementation or administration * Project or program management * Large case or national account onboarding * Proven experience working directly with *HR teams and brokers* * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, multiworkstream projects * Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities *Preferred* * Experience with enrollment technology and implementation strategy * Professional certifications such as *FLMI* or *CEBS* *Skills That Will Help You Succeed* * Advanced project management and multitasking abilities * Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills * Confidence presenting to clients and senior stakeholders * Ability to influence crossfunctional teams without direct authority * Highly organized, proactive, and customerfocused *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
