Contact Center Representative *Location:* 100% Remote *(Must reside in Colorado)*
*Type:* 12month Contract, potential for extension *Schedule:* Monday-Friday | Department hours 7:00am-6:00pm MST The Contact Center Representative provides empathetic, endtoend support for State of Colorado healthcare program. This role focuses on full issue resolution rather than call volume, supporting employees, employers, and selfemployed individuals during sensitive life events such as childbirth, serious illness, caregiving, and domestic violence. Calls may be routine or highly emotional, and representatives are expected to take the time needed to ensure callers feel heard, supported, and informed. *Responsibilities:* * Handle 25-40 inbound calls per day. * Assist with account registration, claims, benefit education, and payment timelines. * Guide callers through online portals, document uploads, and mobile apps. * Authenticate callers and document interactions accurately in Salesforce. * Provide calm, compassionate support during emotionally sensitive situations. * Troubleshoot basic technical and account access issues. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate resolution. *Required Qualifications:* * 4.5+ years of phonebased or contact center customer service experience. * Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and patience. * Excellent communication skills; comfortable with long, detailed calls. * Strong documentation and attention to detail. * Basic technical proficiency (multiscreen navigation, troubleshooting). * Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred). *Training & Work Envoirnment:* * Training: ~2 weeks, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm MST * Remote: Must reside in CO; first day onsite in downtown Denver for equipment pickup * Quiet, distractionfree workspace required * Wired internet required, equipment provided *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $25.67 - $25.67/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
