Job Description The Principal Employee Relations Advisor is an objective partner to HR, senior leaders and key stakeholders within the business to work collaboratively to resolve, counsel and provide effective employee relations solutions. This position will lead investigations, review employee and organizational trends, and monitor laws and regulations as well as create awareness and educate management and employees on HR policies and procedures. This role will also maintain a strategic partnership with other areas such as Compliance, Legal, HRBPs and management to ensure alignment with Blue Cross NC's culture.What You'll Do
