Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong experience with ERP systems and inventory purchasing processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• This position is 100% onsite in Riverside, CA, and requires regular interaction with production and warehouse teams

What You'll Do:

• Prepare, process, and track purchase orders to maintain proper inventory levels and meet production requirements
• Monitor inventory and ERP reports including usage, lead times, and order status to identify potential supply risks
• Maintain and update ERP purchasing records, including open orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and returns
• Obtain vendor quotes, maintain pricing records, and escalate cost increases or supply constraints when necessary
• Build and maintain vendor relationships while monitoring supplier performance for quality and delivery reliability
• Assist with vendor onboarding and ensure required documentation and approvals are completed
• Maintain accurate item master data and part numbers within the ERP system
• Organize and maintain purchasing documentation to support audits and internal controls
• Collaborate with receiving and production teams to resolve order issues and expedite deliveries when needed
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, quality standards, and internal controls
