Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our expanding service team. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians looking for stability, modern equipment, and long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
  • Perform maintenance services
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately
  • Document all work performed in a clear and organized manner
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Collaborate with service advisors, fellow technicians, and management
  • Follow Ford Motor Company and dealership repair standards
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training
  • ASE certifications preferred but not required
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Familiarity with scan tools and modern vehicle electronics
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to handle physical shop duties
  • Dependable, motivated, and team focused
Preferred Skills
  • Ford OEM/Factory experience
  • Ford Certified / Factory trained
  • Experience using CDK
  • Hybrid or EV repair exposure
  • Experience with digital vehicle inspection tools
  • Strong communication skills
