Digital Collaboration and Innovation Administrator Position Purpose The Digital Collaboration & Innovation Administrator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and advancing Kirby-Smith Machinery's digital collaboration and innovation ecosystems. This role serves as a strategic bridge between IT operations, digital transformation initiatives, and user experience, ensuring collaboration technologies are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. This position supports the company's long-term digital strategy and the KirbyX initiative by improving internal efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and driving adoption of emerging technologies including Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, AR/VR platforms, and eCommerce solutions. Digital Collaboration and Innovation Administrator Essential Functions
- Communicates and supports the Kirby Smith vision and core values of One Mission, One Team, One Plan, One Goal
- Administers and trains on Microsoft Teams and associated Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, including SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Configures and maintains collaboration environments, including governance, permissions, retention policies, and lifecycle management
- Leads and supports transitions from legacy collaboration platforms to modern digital environment
- * Integrates collaboration tools with enterprise applications, AR/VR systems, and digital transformation initiatives
- Partners with teams across the organization- including HR, Legal, Marketing, and others- to ensure compliance with governance, data security, retention, and audit requirements
- Develops and delivers user training, documentation, and ongoing support to promote digital adoption and communication efficiency
- Manages the lifecycle of AR/VR hardware and software platforms, including provisioning, configuration, MDM administration, tracking, and compliance
- Deploys, tests, and maintains AR/VR applications for collaboration, training simulations, and operational support
- Collaborates with field, service, safety and operations teams to pilot and scale immersive technologies that improve safety and efficiency
- \Partners with Digital Transformation leadership to evaluate and implement digital initiatives including eCommerce platforms, ERP integrations, and customer-facing applications
- Supports UX/UI enhancements for internal systems and customer digital experiences * Analyzes digital adoption metrics and provides insights to support leadership decision-making
- Researches emerging AI, automation, and construction technology trends and evaluates business application opportunities
- Contributes to execution of the company's multi-year digital transformation roadmap
- Consistent and reliable on-site attendance

Digital Collaboration and Innovation Administrator Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field a plus
- 5-7 years of experience administering Microsoft Teams or similar enterprise collaboration platforms
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, technology integrations, or enterprise system implementations
- Hands-on experience managing mobile, AR, or VR devices in an enterprise or field-service environment
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom ERP-connected portals
- Experience developing training materials and delivering end-user support
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence adoption across departments
- Microsoft certifications.
Digital Collaboration and Innovation Administrator Physical Requirements
- Pushing/Pulling/Lifting/Carrying up to 25 pounds
- Physical ability to squat, twist, turn, bend, stoop, climb, and reach overhead
- Must be able to work inside and outside, between buildings and offices, in dirty/dusty conditions
- Physical ability to perform work for extended hours
- Works alone or as part of a team
- Adheres to personal protective equipment (PPE) policy and maintains individual PPE
