Position Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and skilledBusiness Manager tolead our radiological services division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inboth business management and radiological services, with a proven track record ofeffective operations management and team leadership. As the Business Manager, you willbe responsible for overseeing all aspects of our radiological services, including operations,
team building, policy and procedure management, program development, and teamdirection. You will work closely with our executive team to ensure the efficient functioning of the division and the achievement of our business objectives.

Location:Hybrid role based in theAppleton, WI / Fox Valley area. Regular onsite presenceis required, so candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance or be willingto relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight:Oversee day-to-day operations of the radiological services division, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Team Leadership:Lead a team of radiological technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Policy and Procedures:Develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Program Development:Create and manage programs that support the growth and effectiveness of the radiological services division.
• Financial Management:Oversee the financial aspects of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strategic Planning:Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, with a focus on radiological services.
• Strong understanding of radiological measurement technology and industry trends.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
• Knowledge of NRC and State regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
• Certification in radiological technology management is a plus.
