Position summary Asa SalesforceSolution Architect intheSalesforcePractice, you willbe responsiblefortranslating requirements into a high-level solution design thatleveragesSalesforce best practices across configuration and integration. This role owns the overall functional and technical architecture of the Salesforce solution.The Solution Architect must be able to lead the Design phase, deciding which Salesforce products, features, and configurations will be used. What will you do in this role? End-to-End Solution Design: Based on requirements defined, the Solution Architect designs how the system will fulfill those needs. This includes Data model design (object model and relationships) Security model design (roles, profiles, sharing) Determining which components will be built with declarative tools vs. code. Ensure solutions align with Salesforce Well-Architected Framework principles Multi-Cloud & Integration Planning: Take a broad view of the enterprise landscape. Plan integrations between Salesforce and other systems (legacy databases, ERPs, marketing automation, etc.) at a high level: Determine which integration middleware or APIs to use, data flow, and frequency. Ensure the Salesforce solution fits into the multi-system workflow seamlessly Prototype & Solution Validation: Create prototypes or proof-of-concepts tovalidatean approach. Configure product demos to validate feasibility early in a project and as a means of eliciting and defining requirements Hands-On Technical Leadership: Act as team lead for the functional consultants and developers, ensuring scalable and maintainable architecture Provide guidance, answer design questions, and ensure the implementation aligns with the intended architecture. Functionin therole of Release Manageras needed, approving what configurations and code move between environments Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise development standards The ability tocontribute todevelopment including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flowis preferred. Stakeholder Communication: Interface with client executives and business stakeholders to translate technical concepts, explain the solution architecture and articulate clear business outcomes. Act as a "trusted advisor" to clients and ensure the proposed design will satisfystrategic andbusiness goals and IT standards. Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldsuch asComputer Science or Business Proven experience (7+ years) in Salesforce consulting within an IT consulting or professional services organization with: 4+ years experience as a Developer 2+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
