Position Summary
The Division of Hematology/Oncology at the University of Illinois Chicago is seeking a faculty at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level with strong academic experience and commitment to lead a program in gastrointestinal cancer.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Successful candidate(s) will participate in outpatient and inpatient clinical activities, mentor junior physicians and participate in teaching activities of the division. Selected candidate will have the opportunity to participate in translational research spanning from laboratory investigation, clinical trials, and/or addressing treatment cost-effectiveness. Candidates may also have the opportunity and resources to develop their own translational research program.


  • Minimum Qualifications
    M.D. and BC/BE in Hematology/Oncology required and eligible for State of Illinois medical licensure. Faculty rank will be commensurate with experience.
