*Worksite Location:* 116 Inverness Drive East, Englewood, Colorado, 80112 *Employment Type:* ContracttoHire *About the Role* We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused *Admissions Representative* to support inbound patient intake for a national healthcare organization. In this role, you will assist infusion patients by coordinating appointments, facilitating placement, and ensuring a smooth, positive intake experience. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with healthcare administrative experience who want to grow within a supportive, advancementfocused company. *Key Responsibilities* * Professionally respond to all *inbound calls, emails, and faxed referrals* related to patient treatment options and appointment needs. * Initiate outbound calls to hospitals and provider offices to complete placement requests. * Partner with field operations teams to support relationshipbuilding with providers, hospitals, and care managers. * Meet and maintain call quality standards and performance metrics. * Build strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and internal teams. * Support placement coordination using established tools and processes. * Facilitate scheduling for dialysis and infusion services while delivering excellent customer service. *Required Skills & Experience* *MustHave Healthcare **Background** (6+ months in an administrative capacity):* Examples include: * Front Desk, Scheduler, Medical Receptionist * Patient Access Rep / Intake Coordinator * Healthcare Customer Service Rep * Insurance Verification, Prior Authorization, Referral Coordinator * Admission Clerk * Medical Scheduler *Additional Requirements:* * Insurance verification and prior authorization experience * Strong healthcare customer service experience * Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (EPIC a plus) * Data entry speed of *25-40 KSPM* * Intermediate skills in *Microsoft Word & Outlook* * Basic skills in *Excel & Access* * Strong tenure and stability in recent roles * High school diploma or GED *NicetoHave Skills* * Medicaid / Medicare knowledge * Prior authorizations * Call center experience * Healthcare CSR Background *Work Environment & Schedule* * *Training:* * Duration: 3 weeks (plus 1 week nesting) * Hours: *7:00 AM - 3:30 PM MST* * Mostly remote, with the *first day onsite* * *PostTraining Schedule Options:* * *9:30 AM - 6:00 PM* * *11:00 AM - 7:30 PM* * Candidates must be open to either schedule. * *Hybrid Requirements:* * Remote after training * *One onsite day per month*, typically the *3rd Wednesday* * Must not miss any time during the *first 90 days*. * If performance or connectivity issues arise, employee may be asked to report onsite. *Why You'll Love This Opportunity* * National organization with *strong internal mobility and growth paths* * Supportive team culture with unique company "lingo" and values * High success rate of contracttohire conversions * Many employees promoted to *Tier II roles* * Opportunity to develop relationships across hospitals and healthcare networks *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
