The DC Clerk is responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates all LTL Receiving using High Jump and AX

• Processes parts and raw materials via High Jump and Mediusflow (A/P system)

• Ensures effective communication across all phases of the receiving process.

• Ensures PO Reconciliation is completed timely and accurately

• Responsible for Cubic Scan Duties in compliance with inventory requirements.

• Sort orders and product

• Accurately inputs data into computer system

• Reconciles transactions, BOL's, and orders

• Creates labels and places onto product

• Organizes files and paperwork

• Receives, unpacks, inspects and repackages merchandise

• Utilize pallet jacks to move full pallets into staging area

• Directs workflow to complete daily objectives

• Communicates with other departments and suppliers regarding returns and shipments

• Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area

Physical Demands

• Standing for long periods of time

• Repetitive motion

• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling of tools and boxes

• Able to work in various temperature conditions

• Operation of motorized and manual pallet jack

• Operation of Sit-Down Fork-Lift

• May be in a general office environment

Education and Experience Requirements

• Requires education equivalent to four years of high school

• Working knowledge of MS Office
