Description Account Servicers are dedicated to providing exceptional deposit support to branch teams located within all divisions of CNB Bank. They are responsible for accurately reviewing, researching, and processing requests regarding deposit accounts in order to meet the needs and expectations of our clients. This includes reviewing all new deposit accounts, maintenance performed on existing accounts, documentation, and following all specific state regulations dependent on where accounts are established, and services are provided. SEEKS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES Take advantage of various development opportunities by enrolling in webinars and Bank offered courses to help build knowledge of departmental processes. As knowledge and experience advance, there will be opportunities for promotion to Account Servicer II and III. Training Tracks are designed to help each employee understand how each job impacts other areas of the bank, provide tools to have effective conversations, and be successful in a new role. Annual, job-specific training opportunities are assigned and/or available for timely completion. Some travel may be required. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred. A background screening will be conducted.
This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas and attend seminars or training sessions offsite.
