You Are:

A Senior Sales Director who has a passion for driving revenue and transforming business with our advanced automation platform, SmartOps, an AI driven system that combines RPA with machine learning to automate complex processes. You will be responsible for driving revenue and acting as head of Sales for US and is responsible for planning, coaching, directing and managing US sales activities at SmartOps.

You will be responsible for understanding client needs, and driving highly effectives sales interactions.

The Opportunity:



  • Drive the sales of our platforms and products in the large enterprise segment in the different regions and achieve the sales revenue/targets.
  • Create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products, pitch according to their specifications.
  • Develop and implement sales strategy through a consultative approach, with clear understanding of the market trends and customer needs.
  • Plan, execute and direct the strategies for Channel Sales (Solutions), Direct Sales (Enterprises), Domain Sales (Banking, Healthcare, etc.) through multichannel communication strategy, and clear sales pitch and enablement plan
  • Exhibit strong technical-domain expertise, being comfortable in understanding and explaining technology and solutions and with ability to guide large RFPs and maintaining response quality
  • Plan and execute business development activities to achieve established targets, with clear efforts towards time and pipeline management to align sales efforts with targets.
  • Lead the global team with integrity and create an environment where members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.



What You need:



  • At least 15 years ears of experience in software solutions selling
  • Bachelor in IT / Computers / EE or related field, with experience of selling in North American market
  • At least 10 years of overall experience with a strong background in global B2B digital solutions, software and service sales and proven expertise in cross-industry, cross-portfolio demand generation
  • At least 5 years of platform/product sales at a successful, high-growth SaaS company, with focus on digital, data and artificial intelligence
  • A self-starter and champion of lean startup principles with a passion for designing great customer-first user experience; successful track record in building strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing orchestrated sales strategy from thought-leadership and key initiatives to sales training and technical product capabilities demonstration
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate priorities between both business stakeholders and client partners, while also leading and working under pressure in a fast-paced matrix organization
  • Experience being a strong individual contributor and building, energizing and growing high-impact global sales teams
  • Extensive travel



Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation: $160,000-240,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
