What You'll Do

You'll have a hand in every aspect of getting a vehicle looking its best. That means things like...

  • Prepping, cleaning, washing & waxing cars
  • Removing defects, and assisting with painting and minor repairs from time to time.
  • Keeping Tools and Equipment in excellent shape
  • Observing safety & health procedures
  • Completing work orders & other vehicle documentation
  • Following regulations on paint and other tools of your trade


By the way, a valid driver's license is a must - we'll need you to drive some of these bad boys from point A to point B - as is basic know-how of auto detailing, painting, and simple repair.

Who You Are

First, you're a safe and capable driver with a track record to prove it. You can drive both an automatic and a manual like a boss. The physical demands required to get a vehicle looking like a million bucks are no problem for you. Doing a great job matters to you, and working with a tight-knit group to get the job done right gets you even more pumped.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Generally less than 2 years' experience in a related field
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • While you won't need to do any Russian folk dancing, you must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, squat, and lean for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of auto detailing, paint application processes, and associated repair procedures.

USD 13.70 - 20.53 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $13.70 - $20.53/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
