THE ROLE: We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Design Verification Engineer to join our growing team and help redefine how verification is performed at AMD. In this role, you will work with a world-class engineering team to drive the delivery of industry-leading silicon technologies with the highest levels of quality and reliability. This position is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about transforming hardware design verification through Generative AI and intelligent automation. You will play a key role in developing and deploying LLM-powered tools, AI agents, and automated workflows that accelerate verification productivity and improve coverage, debug efficiency, and overall design quality. Working at the intersection of AI and semiconductor verification, you will help build the next generation of AI-assisted and self-verifying verification environments, enabling faster and smarter hardware development. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate is a curious, forward-thinking engineer with a passion for applying AI/ML technologies to complex engineering problems, particularly within hardware design verification. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working across multi-site engineering teams to solve challenging technical problems. You bring strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to explore new technologies that can improve engineering workflows and productivity.
