About This Role TechSource is seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to support nuclear surety and certification activities for U.S. Air Force nuclear weapon systems. In this role, you will provide engineering expertise and program management support to Air Force Nuclear Weapons Surety programs across nuclear sustainment and acquisition systems. You will work with government stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical subject matter experts to ensure nuclear certification requirements are met in accordance with applicable Department of Defense and Air Force directives. This includes reviewing and coordinating nuclear certification documentation, supporting nuclear surety evaluations, and assisting in the development of certification packages for tactical and strategic aircraft and missile systems. This position supports critical national security programs that ensure nuclear weapon systems meet the highest safety, reliability, and operational standards.
