POSITION TITLE: Compensation Analyst (Temporary/Resource Employee) POSITION SUMMARY: The Compensation Analyst will lead a fastpaced, compensation refresh project. This role will work under the Total Rewards Director, and run benchmarking, market pricing, salary band updates, employee positioning analysis, and creation of actionable recommendations to ensure our compensation is aligned with market. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Compensation Refresh (Primary Scope - Approx. 2 Months)

COMPENSATION: The expected hiring range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00/hourly, commensurate with experience. Consideration will be given to experience that exceeds the listed requirements.
