Job Description

Kearney & Company is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Team. The Senior Recruiter will perform full life cycle recruiting and will maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, leadership, vendors, and candidates/applicants. Additional responsibilities, experience, and requirements listed below:

  • Perform and assist with all recruitment needs (development of job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, candidate negotiations, etc.)
  • Build and maintain positive relationships within the Firm as well as outside of the Firm with candidates and other related professionals
  • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process with minimal guidance
  • Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about the Firm and the available opportunities/positions
  • Consult with internal clients/hiring managers about recruitment issues, interviewing techniques, hiring decisions, and market data
  • Review applicants to carefully evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Manage and coordinate communications with candidates
  • Emphasis on organization and time management; ability to make some independent decisions
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Seek continuous improvements to enhance the capabilities of self and the recruiting team
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations related to Federal contracting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 year of Recruiting/Sourcing experience.
  • Experience using/sourcing major job boards: Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience hiring cleared candidates for the IC (Intel Community) & IT roles.
  • Excellent computer skills required (MS Office)
  • Ability to obtain a US security clearance (US citizenship required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring accountants, auditors and/or data scientists
  • Bachelors Degree

The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
