The New York University Grossman School of Medicine Department of Radiology invites applications for a full-time on-site faculty position in the Nuclear Medicine section. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of Manhattan-based molecular imaging and therapy specialists in a department known for being on the cutting edge of innovation and technology. We image on state-of-the-art PET/CT, PET/MR, SPECT and SPECT/CT equipment using the latest innovations in protocol design. Images are interpreted using a highly sophisticated, AI-enhanced PACS system that facilitates centralized patient management, efficient provider communication and best-of-breed image review functionality. The Nuclear Medicine section operates an active, rapidly expanding clinical theranostics service and is engaged in numerous phase 1/2 investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored theranostics trials. Call coverage is handled remotely and supported by advanced handheld device applications which enable efficient image preview and referrer communication. Remote reading of PET/CT 1-2 days/week is a negotiable option for interested individuals. Why NYU Langone?
