What You'll Do Day-To-Day

    Performs various maintenance duties such as building maintenance, pipefitting and plumbing, carpentry, office equipment maintenance and installation.
  • Operates equipment such as fork trucks, lift trucks, scissor lift, drill press, cut-off saw, snow removal equipment, etc.
  • Maintains company vehicles.
  • Assists with equipment calibration program.
  • Identified and handles hazardous materials properly.
  • Performs regular safety inspections, including fire extinguishers and emergency lighting.
  • Coordinates with service providers and contractors on approved requests for facility needs such as building security, snow removal, lawn care, HVAC, garbage, etc.
  • Plays an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and comply with all applicable safety and health rules.
  • May perform associated duties such as painting, trash removal, cleaning, etc.


What You'll Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent education with a minimum of 0 years of related experience is required.
  • General knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and safety measures.

  • Must be familiar with the company's safety and health policy and program.

  • Ability to read and follow work orders, diagrams and maintenance manuals.

  • Ability to operate industrial equipment as needed for the role.

  • Good communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.



Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $17.50-$20.50/hr and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
