You are a person who is passionate about delivery of strategic consulting and assessment services to healthcare provider organizations and health systems. We need someone who is experience in partnering with client stakeholders to analyze current-state operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of transformational initiatives aligned with organizational goals. In the role of Healthcare Advisory Manager, you will be responsible managing day-to-day project execution, leading workstreams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

About The Position



  • Lead and manage defined workstreams within advisory engagements, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality.
  • Conduct operational and financial assessments across areas such as revenue cycle management, clinical operations, care delivery transformation, compliance, and technology enablement.
  • Analyze data to identify performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop clear, actionable recommendations supported by analytics and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and drive alignment.
  • Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Support change management efforts and implementation planning to ensure sustainable results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (analytics, IT, compliance, project management) to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to business development efforts including proposal development, RFP responses, and thought leadership initiatives.


Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, advisory services, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading project workstreams or managing operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement models, revenue cycle processes, quality metrics, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to operational and senior leadership teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with analytics tools preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (typically 25--30%).


Preferred Requirements:



  • Experience within hospital systems, physician groups, or payer environments.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and revenue cycle technologies.
  • Experience with revenue cycle assessments, cash acceleration initiatives, or managed services readiness evaluations.
  • Exposure to value-based care initiatives or healthcare transformation projects.
  • Experience developing dashboards or performance reporting tools.
