About the role: As a Common Q Tech Lead, you will Lead a team of engineers to support the Common Q platform for the future of I&C Control. Ensure that the Common Q platform is properly maintained, and issues are addressed. In addition, lead and steer the future of the Common Q platform to ensure that the products stay competitive and viable in the market. You will report to the Manager, Common Q and CE Safety Systems and be located at the Cranberry Township, PA office on a hybrid basis. Key Responsibilities: Prepare business cases for upgrades. Guide on going platform upgrades. Deliver projects on time and on budget. Develop and lead the overall strategy for Common Q Platform upgrades and new products. Support upgrade and new project needs technically. Work with licensing to ensure products maintain NRC and Global approval for use. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Bachelors degree in Engineering. Understanding of I&C system in both hardware and software Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team including engineering, testing, manufacturing, supply chain management, and suppliers We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
