Are you a visionary designer with a passion for shaping captivating retail experiences on a global scale? We're seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming creative concepts into stunning, on-brand spaces worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in translating overarching design standards into unique, store-specific layouts and innovative solutions for international locations and travel retail spaces. Your work will directly influence the brand's aesthetic, ensuring consistency and adherence to both creative vision and local requirements, making a tangible impact on how customers experience the brand around the globe.

**Your Impact:**

* Develop comprehensive floor plans, storefront elevations, 3D models, and renderings to support innovative design solutions, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and design guidelines.

* Apply a strong understanding of business needs and current design trends to all projects.

* Oversee and collaborate with third-party consultants to ensure the timely and accurate completion of design packages.

* Rigorously review drawing sets for adherence to established design standards and precision.

* Facilitate seamless coordination with internal and external partners to ensure project completion within specified schedules and budgets.

* Adapt swiftly to evolving business conditions, new design prototypes, and material advancements.

* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to cross-functional teams, effectively communicating design concepts and project updates.

* Collaborate closely with construction, purchasing, visual merchandising, and store operations teams to deliver functional, cohesive, and on-brand designs.

* Champion design integrity throughout all project phases.

* Review and approve shop drawings as necessary.

* Proactively identify potential issues and propose effective solutions to mitigate impacts on project schedules, costs, or design quality.

* Successfully manage multiple projects concurrently, each at various stages of its lifecycle.

**What You'll Bring (Must-Haves):**

* Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution.

* 3-5 years of professional design experience, specifically within retail projects.

* Proven technical proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, BlueBeam, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

* Demonstrated expertise in 3D modeling, sketching, rendering, and strong presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a keen ability to create, interpret, and review technical drawings and specifications.

* A commitment to continuous learning, staying informed on new materials and design techniques through industry engagement.

* A collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team.

* Highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Agility and flexibility, with a responsiveness to change and feedback in a fast-paced environment.

* A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

**What Will Make You Stand Out (Nice-to-Haves):**

* A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.

* International project experience, demonstrating an understanding of diverse market requirements.

* Experience in the luxury retail sector.

* Prior experience working in a corporate setting.
