Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to program, set up, and operate advanced CNC equipment to produce high-precision components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with tight tolerances, and thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*Program and set up CNC machines based on engineering drawings, specifications, and written instructions.
*Operate Mazak CNC 5-axis mills with precision and consistency.
*Utilize Mazatrol and G-Code; experience with Mastercam is a plus.
*Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical instructions.
*Ensure all parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
*Perform accurate documentation and data collection for production and quality control.
*Work with a variety of materials and adapt processes accordingly.
*Use precision measuring tools, including micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers.
*Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment through collaboration, productivity, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications:

*5-7 years of hands-on experience with Mazak CNC 5-axis mills.
*Proficient in programming and setup of CNC machines using Mazatrol and G-Code.
*Familiarity with Mastercam is a strong plus.
*Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
*Proven ability to maintain tight tolerances consistently.
*Experience working with varied materials.
*Skilled in the use of precision measuring tools (micrometers, bore gauges, calipers, etc.).
*Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.
*Positive, collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and professional attitude.
