A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Professional 309 Pay Range: $80,300.00 - $120,400.00Job Description Creates engaging user-facing media for online and mobile delivery, including illustrations, animation, video, and audio. This role balances visual design and multimedia expertise with an understanding of learning design and instructional technology to determine the standards for providing delightful course experiences for Academy learners. This role impacts learner success by providing standards and guidance, empowering teams to produce beautiful and engaging courses and assessments at scale-your work will make a high impact for learners who are changing their lives through education.Works as part of an agile design team to select and design appropriate digital content that's fit for purpose, iterate on the design, and ultimately develop production-ready media for inclusion in eLearning courses and modules. As an innovative thinker, this role delivers creative solutions with a quick turnaround time. Works with a team versed in learning experience design, user experience and interface design, and instructional writing-together creating transformational experiences for our learners. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed.
