Description The Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) directs and oversees the organization's financial planning and analysis functions. This key leadership role is responsible for analyzing organizational budgets and performing periodic planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. The VP of FP&A will develop key performance indicators to measure the financial health of the organization, ensuring alignment with long-term financial objectives.
