We're looking for a Sr. Staff Development Specialist to join our team!



In this role, you'll assist in coordinating all in-service and orientation training for staff and work closely with supervisory staff in all training needs.

What YOU'LL Do:



  • Coordinate orientation training for new staff and ensure that orientation is completed within sixty (60) days of employment.
  • Track all required training for employees using in-service tracking systems.
  • Evaluate current literature and staff development materials to ensure the agency has access to up to date materials.
  • Provide on the job coaching for direct support staff to assist in the development of needed competencies.



Schedule: M-F 8:00-4:00

Requirements

What YOU'LL Need:



  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, preferred
  • 2 years experience in quality assurance or staff development
  • 3 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities
  • Certification as an instructor in CPR and/or Behavioral support training.
