Department Summary The Enterprise Transformation Office partners with all campuses to drive student-centered, sustainable improvements across academic and administrative operations. Guided by Lean principles, the office enhances value for students and stakeholders by streamlining processes, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Position Overview The Senior Lean Programs Administrator leads process improvement and transformation initiatives across the UNT System enterprise. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this role provides expert leadership in Lean Six Sigma, change management, and organizational development to improve quality, efficiency, and service delivery in core administrative and operational processes. Work is prioritized through the Transformation Office intake/portfolio process and may be concentrated in designated value streams or cross-functional initiatives based on enterprise needs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, organizational leadership, or related field and 7 years of experience in process improvement, financial operations, or organizational transformation. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods and tools. Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in business, public administration, organizational development, or a related discipline. Required License/Registration/Certifications * Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Job Duties
