We are actively hiring aMission Operations Support Specialist with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Northern Virginia to provide support to administer a Sponsor technical communications program, as well as operational readiness activities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Create reports and briefings that easily and succinctly describe complex program information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop regular status reporting for leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners.
  • Develop mechanisms to share technical accomplishments and progress to non-technical audiences and mission stakeholders.
  • Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations in concert with customer.
  • Assist Sponsor managers with modifying or establishing processes to implement strategic plans.
  • Aid in meeting facilitation and information sessions or conference planning.
  • Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting. and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings.
  • Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums.
  • Work independently and amongst a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action.
  • Provide technical support to Mission Centers, Field Elements, and technical users during technical operations involving the deployment of Sponsor's products and systems. This includes being available to answer questions, assist in troubleshooting, and coordinating with Sponsor engineering teams.
  • Provide technical support to cells and other primary interfaces to Sponsor user community. This includes being knowledgeable about available and future Sponsor products and technologies and understanding tradecraft and counterintelligence concerns as it applies to Sponsor systems.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Familiarity with Sponsor technical communication systems.
  • Levels:
    • Senior - Bachelors + 8 years
    • Expert - Bachelors + 12 years
    • Degree substitutions permitted:
      • 4 years in lieu of a Bachelors
      • 6 years in lieu of a Masters
  • TS/SCI with polygraph
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Familiarity with Sponsor technical communication systems
