Full Service Technician

The Pad Mount Technician is responsible for utilizing hand and power tools to disassemble single-phase Pad Mount Transformers and conduct the remanufacturing process including reconditioning, reassembling, and final testing to ensure customer needs are met.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while rotating stations monthly.
• Review work orders for unit instructions and reviewing specifications for accuracy.
• Support monthly operations goals.
• Complete production/output levels for the day/week.
• Adhere to Sunbelt Solomon's Safety and Equipment remanufacturing process standards.
• Perform reconditioning of equipment and verify the work order criteria matches finished product.
• Test pad mounted units using test equipment.

• HS Diploma, required.
• Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
• Help team members resolve questions and help with the workload.
• A dependable and strong work-ethic; works safely.
• Professional language and conduct at all times.
