Under general supervision of the Executive Director Talent Acquisition, the Sr. Physician Recruiter/Talent Partner is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain highly qualified physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role partners closely with clinical leadership, department chairs, and HR teams to identify workforce needs, create effective recruitment campaigns, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Compensation Range: $97,500.00- $141,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
