As a critical contributor to the GI HR team, you will help drive the execution of our annual HR processes and support daily needs related to HR operations, recruiting & onboarding, employee relations, early career programs, employee engagement, and talent development. You'll work with employees at all levels, helping create a consistent and positive employee experience while reinforcing strong people practices across the division. In addition to supporting the GI business, this role is part of the broader PCG HR community-providing exposure across the organization and connecting you with a collaborative network of HR colleagues and leaders. You'll have access to shared resources, guidance, and expertise across the HR function, making this an ideal role for someone who wants to grow their HR capabilities while supporting a dynamic and diverse business. This is not a hybrid/remote role and will report to our Downtown Minneapolis, MN offices 5x a week. HR Administration & Compliance
