Support Product Development projects at the direction of the Sr. Director PMO to facilitate innovation launches and changes to products currently in the market. Assist in the execution of the new product development processes for product changes and market activations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Product Portfolio Management Support

    • Support Portfolio Management process by planning and coordinating cross functional team activities needed to achieve portfolio objectives
    • Maintain systems to support Portfolio Management requirements


  • Project Management

    • Identify, plan and coordinate cross functional team activities required to launch and activate products.
    • Coordinate project timelines for cross-functional team.
    • Create, maintain, and distribute project tracking information.
    • Act as liaison between Marketing, Graphics, R&D, Regulatory, Packaging, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Contract Manufacturing departments.
    • Assist project team in determining solutions and track resource constraints for multiple, concurrent plans.
    • Coordinate projects with International teams


  • Organize new product development process and meetings

    • Support product development meetings, prepare reports, guide discussions and publish action items.
    • Collect and compile reporting for project KPIs.


  • Maintain database with regard to project management and item level detail

    • Entry of project descriptors with emphasis on milestone and key performance indicators
    • Maintenance and upkeep to projects in light of scope change or process interruption.
    • Maintenance of Item / Material specifications, Bill of Material (BOM) detail and manufacturing SOPs


  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business or Operations Management or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • 2+ years of marketing or operations experience, preferably in project management, Consumer product goods experience preferred

Required Skills

  • High level of organizational skill with attention to detail
  • Project management utilizing Microsoft Project, Workfront or similar software (preferred)
  • Proactive problem solving identification; solving problems with the ability to assess risk/benefit and to act decisively on findings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated excellence as a team player both as a leader and member.
  • PC skills (spreadsheet and presentations)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Work Environment

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Currently work a hybrid schedule of Monday and Fridays at home and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office.
