Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our client, a printing and office equipment company in Cheektowaga.
Type: Temp to Perm
Hourly rate: 20/HR
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
This role will involve a variety of essential tasks, such as answering phones, shipping toner, dispatching service technicians, and handling billing.
Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma of GED is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
