Job Description

Are you curious, motivated, and forward-thinking? At FIS you'll have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology. Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.

About the team

This role sits within FIS' Investment Operations organization, supporting global buy side Fund Administrators and asset management/owner clients. The business is organised into three value streams, covering a suite of solutions. Two core accounting value streams and a third value stream, which this role would lead, that consists of a variety of software solutions and capabilities that unlock client value. This Enablement value stream focus is on shaping how our core accounting capabilities are curated, extended and adapted to meet the operating model needs of each client, region and fund structure we support in the industry.

What you will be doing

You are a senior product leader responsible for a full value stream, combining deep product leadership with broader organisational influence. Reporting to the global product head, you act as a proxy leader in North America, driving change, strengthening ways of working, and ensuring client needs are translated into scalable, commercial solutions.

* Lead the Enablement value stream across Investment Accounting, shaping product roadmap and priorities aligned to client operating models
* Set and own the Value Stream vision, mission, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
* Own end to end product leadership, ensuring solutions are fit for diverse client, regional and regulatory needs
* Act as a senior client facing leader, representing the product organisation with key North American clients and serving as an escalation point when required
* Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, while influencing a broader matrix across Technology, Professional Services, CX, Sales and Commercial teams
* Drive adoption of new ways of working, acting as a value stream lead and change agent across the organisation
* Partner closely with Solutions and functional leaders across Investment Operations to align product strategy with real world client workflows and outcomes

What you bring

* Senior level product leadership experience within investment accounting, asset management, fund accounting or adjacent financial services platforms
* Proven ability to lead at scale - running a business like portfolio, not just individual products
* Strong client facing credibility, with experience engaging senior stakeholders at global financial institutions
* Financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to operate within broader business objectives
* Experience leading through influence in complex, matrixed organisations
* A leadership style that enhances performance, develops teams, and drives accountability

Added bonus if you have

* Experience supporting Tier 1 buy side, asset managers, custodians or investment banks
* Exposure to global operating models and region specific product adaptation
* Background working closely with commercial go to market, sales or solutions teams
* Experience driving organisational or delivery model change at scale

What we offer you

* A multifaceted leadership role with significant influence across a global product organisation
* A modern, international work environment with highly experienced and motivated colleagues
* A variety of career development tools, resources and growth opportunities
* The chance to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology
* A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility and respect
