Supports the development, maintenance, and operation of training systems and technologies used in flight training environments. This entry-level role assists in simulation design, data analysis, system testing, and technical support while learning to optimize training tools and systems. Works under the guidance of senior staff and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support organizational learning, flight safety, and analytics. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or equivalent. Minimum Experience No professional experience required; internships or academic projects in software development, simulation, or data analysis are a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
