Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager for a hybrid position (3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Addison, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of defined deliverables, which requires engagement from multiple teams. The selected candidate will manage project execution, coordinate delivery, handle risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide visibility into the health of all deliverables to meet client expectations on functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables across multiple teams
  • Communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance to standards
  • Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables
  • Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal
  • Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements and complies with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Support resource planning for delivery and execution

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of end-to-end Project/Change Management experience
  • Release and Change Manager experience
  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to lead a team and drive to results
  • Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong project financial management skills
  • Experience with Change Governance, Remedy, and ServiceNow
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Desired skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Knowledge of Co-pilot

Pay range: $54.54 - $62.54 per hour
