Overview
Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) organization powers one of the largest and most advanced global datacenter infrastructures in the world-delivering secure, compliant, cost-effective, and highly available cloud services that customers depend on. As a Business Manager in the Executive Office within CO+I, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across the organization. This position partners closely with senior leadership to manage business rhythms, oversee internal communications to the broader Business Management Community, and enable decision-making that supports Executive Office functions and deliverables. We looking for a Business Manager to help oru teams ability to navigate business priorities, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver insights that accelerate execution in a fast-paced, global environment. This person will be able to communicate across teams, stakeholders, and executives to drive consensus and land messages. Being able to garner support for initiatives by gaining the respect of others and inspiring trust and confidence is a must. Responsibilities Business Operations:

Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
