Summary:
Oversees business, clinical and financial aspects of UNC Hospitals Rehab Services department and Musculoskeletal Services. Responsible for the ongoing operation of these areas as well as for the implementation of strategic growth priorities in these areas. The position is responsible for budgeting, personnel management, business operations and strategy.

Responsibilities:
1. Leading Programs: Leads multi-site interdisciplinary programming to create cohesive services under Rehab and MSK. Creates Rehab and MSK targets around business development and clinical outcomes. Provides updates to stakeholders and leadership teams to inform strategic planning.
2. Leading People - Leads people toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals. Provides an inclusive workplace that fosters the development of others, facilitates cooperation and teamwork, and supports constructive resolution of conflicts. Treats sensitive or confidential information appropriately. Works to improve and reinforce performance of others. Delegates assignments, clarifies expectations and holds others accountable for achieving results related to their area of responsibility. Identifies and enlists the support of key individuals and groups to move the change forward. Obtains and provides resources to implement change initiatives. 4. Results Driven - Exceeds departmental and organizational goals and customer expectations. Makes decisions that produce high-quality results by applying knowledge, analyzing problems, and calculating risks. Delivers high-quality services and is committed to continuous improvement. Understands the overall financial performance of the organization and applies financial concepts and practices to establish and maintain realistic budgets. Uses financial information to monitor overall financial status of operations.

Education Requirements:
* Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, Child Life, Music Therapy, or Recreational Therapy program.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, Audiologist, Music Therapist, Recreational Therapist or Certified Child Life Specialist L in the state of North Carolina.
Professional Experience Requirements:
* Seven (7) years of progressively responsible related work experience within a large integrated healthcare environment, including at least three (3) years in a management role.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
* Understands and applies principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized expertise.
