Lead SAP Architect - Order to Cash Process Life. Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. Step into a global transformation programme where you will shape the future of our SAP landscape. As Lead SAP Architect for Order to Cash, based in either Hull, England or Wroclaw, Poland in a hybrid working environment, you will be the guiding force behind a world class O2C architecture that supports the complexity, scale and regulatory demands of the medical device industry. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise wide design, drive global harmonisation and play a central role in redefining how our business serves customers around the world. What you will be doingYou will take ownership of the end to end O2C architecture for a major global ERP transformation. You will define how orders are captured, processed and fulfilled, ensuring that every step from pricing to delivery and billing is fully harmonised and compliant across regions. Working closely with commercial, supply chain and finance teams, you will craft the global O2C template and lead the design of the S4 landscape, ensuring that integrations with systems such as MoveMedical, tax engines and financial platforms are robust and seamless. As we move through the design phase and into country rollout, you will steer decisions through governance, uphold design standards and guide stakeholders on adopting a unified way of working. What does success look likeSuccess means a globally consistent Order to Cash solution that is scalable, compliant and trusted by teams across all regions. It means well defined processes that empower our commercial operations, strengthen logistics execution and support finance in achieving clarity and control. Success also means reducing complexity, eliminating local variations that create risk and enabling our organisation to operate confidently within a regulated environment. As the architectural authority, you will shape decisions, anticipate risks, build alignment across diverse teams and help our people transition smoothly into the future state.
