As Product Management Lead, Customer Requirements, Central, you will play a pivotal role in understanding, shaping, and influencing customer requirements for top priority customers. In this role, you will lead a team of customer requirements managers, providing direction, coaching, and prioritization to ensure high-quality and consistent customer engagement.

You will operate at the intersection of customers, Market Units, and RAN Product Management teams, ensuring that customer business needs are clearly translated into actionable product requirements and prioritized roadmap items. Alongside your own customer responsibilities, you will guide the team's work to ensure alignment with overall product strategy and regional priorities.

This role involves close collaboration with key customers across the full product lifecycle - from early requirement scoping and commercial discussions to roadmap alignment, release execution, and lifecycle support. You and your team will be part of a global RAN System PdM organization, contributing to ways of working, best practices, and continuous improvement, while ensuring your team delivers strong execution, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Act as the main interface between Market Units and RAN Product Management teams for top priority customers
  • Drive endtoend customer requirement management, including:
    • Requirement clarification, scoping, and prioritization
    • Negotiation and alignment with internal stakeholders
    • Pricing benchmark support and contribution to L2D / LoA preparations
  • Serve as a trusted product and technology contact for customers throughout the full product lifecycle, responding to technical and solution-related questions
  • Communicate and explain product and technology roadmaps to customers, ensuring transparency and expectation alignment
  • Represent Product Management in regular customer meetings, CT discussions, and customer workshops
  • Provide clear prioritization of key customer requirements into roadmap and release planning, and support release risk mitigation activities
  • Maintain uptodate customer configuration and solution information to support accurate planning, delivery, and lifecycle management
  • Proven experience in Product Management and Customer Requirements Management, preferably in telecom, enterprise networking, or complex B2B solutions
  • Hands on experience working with customers, ideally in a European market context
  • Strong background in customer-facing roles involving requirement negotiation, roadmap discussions, and cross functional alignment
  • Experience supporting commercial topics such as pricing discussions, business cases, and approval processes (e.g. LoA / L2D)
  • Strong ability to translate customer business needs into structured product requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage both senior customer representatives and internal leadership
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and release planning principles
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail in requirement definition and configuration management
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix organization and manage multiple customers and priorities in parallel
  • Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus
