Job DescriptionThe CMS Global Compensation Director is part of the CMS Business Planning and Operations team and is a unique role to lead the CMS compensation program and team. The Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) organization brings payment solutions and associated services to clients around the globe. Our global clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporate Clients, Multi Nationals, Treasury, and Governments. We work closely with Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs and other ecosystem players to deliver these services. Our focus is to identify needs, assess opportunities and options and quickly act upon our vision while ensuring strong execution. The CMS global compensation director will lead the implementation of processes, systems, & program efficacy associated with Visa's sales compensation program. The role will include the oversight of the plan design process, administration, seller compensation support management, analytics and training including measuring the effectiveness of the program. Reporting to the head of Business Performance Operations, you will work directly with executive team members from sales, sales operations, finance, HR and others to define the strategic compensation initiatives that support the CMS go-to-market strategies for Visa. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
